Una llama en medio del camino... a Jr.canest blog... that's me, I drink orange juice out of a wine glass. And what about me? I'm a Bolivian Motion Designer (you know, animation, design, that kind of stuff) a lover of music, someone that wouldn't be here if it wasn't because of God's grace. PS. for awesomeness and cool videos I created Wine After Coffee. a vimeo channel.
My beloved brother (Luiz https://vimeo.com/luizcanedo) made this for my mom, and I’m so proud to share this with the world.
Momi:
I love you.
Part 4 is here, Everything is a remix.
I have to say I don’t agree with his first statement, evolution doesn’t explain our nature of copying, being made in the image of a greater Being, the absolute most creative and only Creator explains this. We don’t “create” (meaning from nothing) we produce with what we have been given to us and what is around us. Creativity is best way of using all this elements including the things that others produce around us.
Enjoy.
The Crazy Story of Jorge and Emmy Lou
this is a story of two curly-haired people.
once upon a time (timeuponaonce)
a curly-haired boy and a curly-haired girl met and became friends.
a year passed, and he had to leave Vancouver, but -
before he left - he said:
“i like you.”
and she didn’t know what to say.
it was 2 years before they could be together again.
in those 2 years
(lotsofemails) (phonecalls) (skype)
(occasional plane trips) (and a collapsed lung)
they somehow fell in love.
and this video is the story of how God finally brought them together again
after the boy’s work had taken him all over the world, to Mexico, Los Angeles, Hong Kong…
this is the story of when the girl travelled to Mexico to see the boy and his family
the story of the first time they would really be together.
this is the story of Us.

A FILM ABOUT HOPE, FEAR AND DIGITAL CULTURE. (which happens to be one of the things i’m most interested in and involved with; a must see for all our digital creators (artists and non-artists).
The digital revolution of the last decade has unleashed creativity and talent in an unprecedented way, with unlimited opportunities. But does democratized culture mean better art or is true talent instead drowned out? This is the question addressed by PressPausePlay, a documentary film containing interviews with some of the world’s most influential creators of the digital era.

Kirby Ferguson brings us the third part (One and Two) of this awesome series that could explain the origin of creativity.
“Creativity isn’t magic. Part three of this four-part series explores how innovations truly happen.”

This video was for this 48 hour Youtube Cannes Young Lions Ad Contest and a friend wanted to enter, so we did. The shoot took about a couple hours in a random alley in the city of Hong Kong and i helped out with the post production of the video, which took about 6-7 hours and well, here is the result.
We had some problems at the render/uploading time so we are not sure if we entered the contest or not.

Do i have to add anything to this? I remember watching it live in LA, it’s finally online.

…About time a movie about product placement in movies that gets it’s money out of product placement in the movie! now i am quite curious about this documentary.
you see Michael Bay, there are other ways to use product placement in movies, we know you are the best at it but you don’t need to make cool robots fight each other with a hell lot of motion blur and bad stories. well, maybe you do.
