(and yet another failed attemp to explain)
This is one of the first things I got to design at Buck, we ended replacing this for a cooler looking thing for the Buck reel intro but i just found it… so, here it is.
We did the video for the Introduction of Google eBooks here at Buck, there was certainly a lot, a hell lot of work, a lot of cutting and painting:
Even though the final result was somehow different from what expected, we had some fun times. Thomatome (Thomas Pujols) did the music.

NIKE — WORLD BASKETBALL FESTIVAL
One of the latest projects we did here at Buck… fun times.
Working with Nike, Buck directed and produced one 30 sec spot for TV and a plethora of other animated goodness that coated multiple screens in Times Square for the World Basketball Festival in NYC.

This video marks our first collaboration with takepart.com and our second with Participant Pictures and director Davis Guggenheim (we worked on a little Oscar winning documentary he directed called, “An Inconvenient Truth”). All backslapping and name tossing aside, this animation is for a startling documentary called, “Waiting For ‘Superman’” that highlights some very serious issues in America today and it made us feel good to make it.
